Liaoning Luhua Hongjin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2022，is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zibo Luhua Hongjin New Material Group Co., Ltd,, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, located in Panjin Fine Chemical Industrial Park,Shuangtaizi District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province. At present, the number of employees is 93, 1 Ph.D., 2 masters, and 98% of them have college degree or above.
The total investment of the project is about 700 million yuan, covering an area of 132.5 mu and a construction area of 8,400 square meters. The main device contains high-performance emulsion production equipment and cyclic olefin resin production equipment, as well as supporting facilities such as tank farm and fire fighting. The first phase of the project has an annual output of 2,000 tons of polyisoprene latex, 500 tons of waterborne resin emulsion, 500 tons of cyclic olefin copolymer (COC), 1,000 tons of norbornene (NBE)， and 200 tons of unreacted dicyclopentadiene.
The main products are polyisoprene latex, water-based resin emulsion, cyclic olefin copolymer (COC), norbornene (NBE), which are widely used in surgical gloves, condoms, dental rubber dams,physiotherapy bandages, sports bandages, urinary catheters, prefilled syringes, optical lens prisms, automotive headlamps, optical films for liquid crystal display (LCD), contact lenses, as well as hygiene products,medical materials, packaging materials, automotive decorations and many other civil and industrial applications.
