1. It is a water-based emulsion of polyisoprene rubber
2. Features:
(1) The performance of polyisoprene latex is similar to that of natural latex, but it has high purity, uniform quality and high mechanical stability;
(2) no gel, no branched structure, in addition to containing a small amount of surfactant and antioxidant, does not contain other non rubber components;
(3) Its production speed is not restricted by plant growth, its structure is the same as natural latex, its purity is higher than natural latex, and its performance is higher than natural latex. It is the best substitute for natural latex;
(4) Polyisoprene latex is mainly used in latex products, foam products, dipped products and pressure-sensitive adhesives, especially in the latex glove industry. It has the incomparable advantages of natural latex, and its performance is better than natural latex. It has a similar feel, but does not contain protein and does not cause skin allergies;
(5) no solvent residue, no odor, processing site environment is superior, meet the requirements of environmental protection.
3. Application:
It can be used in the production of surgical gloves, condoms, dental rubber dam, physiotherapy belt, catheter and other products, and can also be used as high-end adhesive and cold sealing glue for food packaging. It is mainly used for surgical gloves, other medical grade, high-end medical and health products.
